What We Do
HealthScreen, a subdivision of Cardiodiagnostics, was started to fulfill a community need for quality, low-cost, preventative cardiovascular healthcare. Medical literature has consistently documented that screening for cardiovascular disease, which most often causes no symptoms until the disease process is quite advanced, has significant benefits. These benefits include:
substantial cost-savings of treatment of disease found in its earlier stages vs. treatment after serious progression of that disease or after a consequence of the disease (such as Stroke).
prevention of life-style altering consequences of cardiovascular disease.
prevention of a potentially life-threatening outcome of cardiovascular disease.
Since most insurance plans, including Medicare, do not cover the cost of preventative health screenings, Cardiodiagnostics felt there was a need to find a way to offer this service, at a reasonable price, without sacrificing the quality goals of Cardiodiagnostics.

offers the following two preventative screening packages (click links):Each of these groups of tests is designed to detect cardiovascular diseases known to cause significant symptoms, life-altering consequences, and substantial expense if allowed to progress. For Only $50 (or $40 for a Carotid IMT only) we will perform either of these packages of tests, potentially saving you from serious and costly consequences.
